It may not be your typical ice cream weather, but if you’re lucky enough to have got tickets for Dial M for Murder, we’re hoping to tempt you with our new ice creams,
supplied by Bluebells Dairy.

You can choose from Biscoff, an irresistible caramelized flavour, Devilishly Chocolate, an indulgently smooth and chocolatey treat, or Honeycomb Crunch for a crunchy and gooey interval delight. For those who don’t do dairy we have plant-based Caramel Cookie Dough Ice Cream, featuring rich caramel and chunks of chewy, delicious, vegan cookie dough, crafted entirely from premium, dairy-free ingredients.
Our expert panel of Calum Sharp, Caz Todd and Lynn Burges undertook the arduous job of tasting various different flavours and agreed on the flavours for Bluebells’ debut at The Studio. And to keep things interesting, for Communicating Doors in May, there will be another set of flavours for our audience to try!

The farm that is now Bluebells was started by Grandpa Brown in 1953, and the family diversified into ice cream in 2008. Every drop of the rich, creamy milk from 15 pampered princesses (as Bluebells calls them) on the farm in Derby goes into the luxurious dairy ice cream. And each batch of ice cream is handcrafted using only the finest ingredients.
Bluebells also prides itself on living up to its environmental responsibilities. The food miles that go into the ice cream are minimised thanks to the majority of the cows’ food and all of their bedding being grown on the farm. In 2024, Bluebells installed an acre of solar panels, allowing them to produce 80% of their energy needs and reduce their CO2 emissions by 47 tonnes annually.
Our intrepid tasters were impressed by Bluebells’ sustainability credentials, the family farm ethos and most of all the fabulous taste of the ice creams. We hope you agree!
